Fly tipping on the thames

over the last couple of weeks we have noticed a lot more than the usual rubbish in the thames it seems to be most prominent in the putney and chiswick area

it looks like the contents of skips with buckets bags plastics and large bits of wood in fact one took out the stern drive of the boat in front of us a week ago

your comments pls and what can / should be done ie the pla and what are they doing ??
