If your boat has good form stability its not going to make a lot of difference .but if like me your boat tends to
heel initially quite easily then its really worthwhile.
Just a weighted bucket hung off spinney pole or boom about six foot below the surface will make a huge difference.
I'm going to make a grp one whilst in lockdown.
