Well I would say that the water here is on a par with the highest I have ever seen it in the 25 years I have lived here. I haven't bothered posting a photo as it's not very exciting. For those of you that use the Slipway at the bottom of Ferry lane I have included a shot. Look at the Rubbish Bin in the centre to get an idea of depths.

The two cows are the remnants of a prize Jersey herd of over 50. Some people will remember how I had them through my land twice a day. These last two old gals wander at will, they have cover if the want it and they are being allowed to see their lives out.
All those fields are well and truly under water. The Angling Rights along there belong to South Stoke Fishing Club. It's only a few squids a year membership if you are interested.

Thanks for the info I had already joined after a mate had and told me they were looking for members to keep the village fishing club going I went once then the bloody river goes into flood mode ,I see some small cruisers are moored there below you hope the owner is checking on them in these conditions .
Swan is flooded at Streatley and the cruisers opposite are in danger of being swept downstream across the flooded island if there support posts give way see here

This one by the swan is in danger if it`s ropes are not slackened

Did tell the swan but they were busy pumping water out so no idea if message got passed on ,don`t suppose you know who`s boat is it by any chance??

I don't know who owns it. It would be far too dangerous to get down there to slacken lines. The posts should be OK I seem to remember them being concreted in.
