Sorry I can't help you, but Vanessa cookers, which we used happily 20 years ago didn't have flame-failure devices and unless yours is modified, and I am uncertain if this is possible, you might want to consider getting a modern cooker.

I noticed in Aldi the other day that the had spare oven shelves on offer. Don't know if they would fit but worth a try.

I have changed out my Flavel Vanessa cooker which is working only thing is loose stainless steel rings over the burners are rusted. I would rather get rid of as whole unit rather than break up if your interested.

I scrapped my cooker last year and fitted a Spinflo, but kept one of the shelves to put an additional shelf in the new cooker. In the event it was a case of too many shelves, but I cannot remember what the cooker I scrapped was called - may have been an Eastham. In any case, if you send me the dimensions I can check for you and you are welcome to it if it fits.

Just checked and it is 390mm wide by 285mm deep
