I need to relace all our offshore flare collection(out of date) before our summer cruise to Spain Gib and North Africa. Anyone any experience of buying in Portugal, I understand that it can be quite a performance. Advice gratefully received!

You can get them at the chandlers in Lagos, close to the fishing harbour, or wait until you get to Gib.
