Flange and shaft parting

Hullo,

I am hoping someone can help me again?

I need to replace the shaft seal on my Colvic salior. I have removed the flange grub screw/bolt and seperated the flange from the gearbox. But despite the use of fairly heavy duty hydrailic pullers and the application of a great deal of heat, the damn things will not part. is there some other connecting device I don't know about? This is a Nanni engine.

Just had a similar problem... fixed it with brake fluid! Just dribble it on, let it soak in, add some heat and BINGO the shafts just slid out! (watch the fluid...nasty stuff!)
