I think it's wrong on three counts:

3. The flag is upside down! The broader white part of the Saltire behind the red should be uppermost next to the hoist!

I wondered about that too! btw nothing wrong with knowing that the saltire is pantone 300. I assumed everybody knew this?

Edit: - quite a few of the rioters in Northern Ireland, complaining that the Union Flag wasn't being flown, were holding theirs upside down!!!!
