Flag etiquette - with no spreaders

There's countless threads on flag etiquette across the other forums but none that I can find here on the Classic Boat. Gaff rigged yawl with no spreaders - where are the courtesy, club and other (RNLI etc.) flags hoisted? Red duster at the top of the mizzen, club or Assn (OGA etc.), I guess, at the main masthead. Others 2/3rds up the shrouds maybe?

We go for a little pully about level with the hounds on the shrouds for courtesy flags.

The club burgee goes to the mast head.

I have no spreaders (and no shrouds for that matter). I run my flag halliard through a block 2/3 of the way up the mast. Not ideal but it serves.
