I have used hard racing antifoul, and because of the cost and me being a cheapskate swapped to flag three seasons ago. I have used it in marina berth and mudberth. I apply two coats and any left I go over waterline and keel area IMHO it has proved to be just as good as the expensive stuff. I will be using it again this year.

I agree, I also have used Flag, I put on two coats and do a mid season light scrub. Try http://www.screwfix.com who also sell it (they have bootopping on special offer at the moment)

Used it in place of Blakes Titan this year, Mid year last year we had to scrape of bad fouling with as much again on lift out. This year only the prop was bad (used lanolin) with the hull just needing a wash over to get slim off. Very much better and much cheaper! Ill be using it again next year, but looking for something else to do with the prop.
