How difficult am I going to find it to pop-rivet an Scanstrut SC20 radar mount to my aluminium Eurospar mast whist sitting in a Bosun’s Chair, 9m above the deck? Will I be able to get into a position to get the leverage needed to use a manual pop-riveter (a Lazy Tongue?) or would it be better for me to hire an electric or a pneumatic gun?

PS The Scanstrut came with pop-rivets but I think it would be worth having a few spares. I think Monel rivets are normally used. Is that the correct?

Just to keep your thread current

I think it depends on the size of the rivets and the strength of your hands. You could identify if the rivets are compatible with you and your kit - at ground level (especially if you are going to have some spares).

I find the little pop riveters and some rivets, of a size to fit the larger 'nozzles' - simply impossible and I have recently invested in a riveter, like a decent sized bolt cropper.

I don't see that working in a bosuns chair nor being 9m off the deck are the issue (as long as you don't mind heights)

Put a strap around you and the mast and it'll be easy.
