Thanks to everyone for cooperating and submitting menu choice and berthing requirements. I have submitted the order to the pub and will let the marina know about our numbers tomorrow or Tuesday. FYI - it seems a big party! currently we have:

Chattinglil - 5 +berth
Alshira - 2 and berth
Sailorman - Jolie Brise + 2
CliveG - Sirenia +2 and berth
Ianfr + 1 not sure about a berth
Moodysabres + Brigantia 3 + berth
Phoenixes 4
Karouise + 1 and berth
Wunja + 1 and berth
Firefly - just 1 + berth
Marmalade - 1
Pipedream II + 4 + berth
Independence II - 2 (not sure about berth)
Wild Otter + 2 + berth
Laurin - probably 4 adults+ 2 little Laurins + berth
Saguday - 2 + 2 Saguday-ites
Habebty - 1 + berth
Kurrawong Kid - 2
Belinda of Hoo - 1 + berth??
Bruce Smith - 2


not sure that I have repeated the list correctly here, but my spreadsheet shows 51 people and 14 boats!
