What you do is to find the latest list and reply to it... adding your name at the bottom of the list and making a comment to make sure it gets posted..

OK latest..
Looks like mid June at the earliest before we are allowed to eat indoors .... and most important stay in hotels for those who can't arrive by boat Etc...
So I am not making bookings and askig for deposits just yet as I fully expect something to change a lot between then and now... At this rate will be having a Laying Down Supper before a Fitting Up Supper.
Ain't lockdown wonderful?

I have managed to get through to Foxes.
They say they are (SO FAR) able to accept bookings for large parties after 21 June.... obviously this may change depending on who Boris the Brilliant is listening to! In reality, it means a date in July.
Please can someone get in touch with Sailorman and find out how he is getting on and when he thinks he may be able to join us.

I have had a message from Pam.
She says Roger is not up to coming out for a supper just yet and doesn’t think he will he any time soon. So that somewhat buggers my initial plan. But it does mean we can look for a wider range of places to meet.
I am still in favour of Foxes as there is a hotel next door for anyone who wants to come by road. Thoughts please.

Foxes would be fine.
As you say there is th hotel opposite for those who don't want to travel by boat.
