Having consulted, considered, researched and analysed I have a proposal. Let's try and avoid laods of counter-proposals - I can't please all the people all the time.

As winter hasn't started yet I thought we would have it a bit later - give you all a chance to get fitted out. It would be nice not to sail there in hail as we did

The date is 10th May and the venue is Burnham.
HW is 0934 so a nice early start for the Orwellites but ideal for their return trip. Fairly early start for the Raysand hoppers. Neap tides so nottoo bad for pushing the tide up the Crouch.

Discussions to be held with the Swallowtail at BYH and with the Royal Corinthian.

The Swallowtail is already booked. I am waiting to hear from the Crouch YC who are reasonably near. The RCYC is quite a walk especially for tired kids. The Royal Burnham is not much better.
