Fitting Up April 2011

We'll need to pre-order. I expect to put up menu options by the end of the week.

(fyi - we looked at Colne Yacht Club, but it was too expensive @ £19 p/h for 2 courses)

Bradwell Marina does NOT take advance bookings for visitor berths, but they have 'assured' me that there should be no problem with accomodating all probable visitors on that day. Please do let me know if you will want a berth because I told Bradwell that I would give them an idea of how many to expect.

Please do the usual, and post with runners and riders.

Vela will be advertised shortly. We haven't told her yet, but she's getting a bit suspicious with all the polishing and painting that we've been doing. We cannot bring the new boat back for 3 months after the launch (esoteric rule about paying German VAT), so Biff says that Vela can stay at Bridgemarsh for several months till she sells.

If you know of anyone who may be interested in a bilge-keeled Moody 31 in excellent nick, then let me know.

I love the way we are all so anthropomorphic with our boats!... we always say "cheerio!" to Morgana when we leave, and I often give her a pat on the way out sailing too!
