Bar will open around 7-15, starters served just before 8.
Bars will no doubt be open on various boats dotted throughout the marina. Including a certain Jeanneau....

We will be there as soon as we can get out of our berth at Tollesbury and traverse the ocean to Bradwell.
I suspect that we will arrive after the control tower will have shut. Can we get pre-allocated berth numbers perhaps?
If not I shall just ring during the day I guess.

I was going to ask about the berthing protocol. Have berths been booked by name, or not at all. No problems as I would call up as I leisurely drift down on the afternoon tide from the Millbeach. It is just so nice to know when single handed which side to set warps up etc. and I do not want to be a hinderance in the fairway as I go around in circles whilst getting set.

Haven't been able to commit due to the stubborn wind direction.
However it looks like there's a bit more west in the Sat forecast so it might be possible to get there from Southwold tomorrow, though its a tough call to get there by HW ish.
Will have a go tomorrow but frankly I won't know until early afternoon whether we'll make it or not.

Apologies all, as Jim has now noted we are unable to make it - in fact we haven't been able to get down to the boat at all this week as we'd originally intended.
However, it's all part of a wider Master Plan which will all come good in the next few months

Sailed up to Pyefleet on Friday - lovely. but we then saw Sunday's forecasts and decided to sail back home today. That was a mistake - steady wind on the nose of 30+ knots! And gusts from all over the place!
So... We will drive to Bradwell, and see you all there. That way we have guaranteed that you have a lovely calm sail back tomorrow
I have phoned the marina to cancel our berth.
