Fishfinder and Autopilot

I have recently purchased a small fishing boat. It is well equiped, but the vendor, The Official Receiver, could provide little in the way of handbooks for equipment fitted.
I am the proud owner of a Fuso 603 Fishfinder and a Sargent AP700 autopilot. Diligent search of the web gives me no information, and I am forced to the reluctant conclusion that the makers are no longer in business.
Can anyone suggest where I can lay my hands on handbooks, please?

I have a Fuso 103 in my boat, and if it is any help, could send you the operating menu of this unit. If you want the info, I would have to get it off the boat next week.
