Correct. With northerly winds I like to anchor near Daskaleio island. Good wind for the wind generators, no waves. The big waves of the ferry´s broken by the reef. Good fishing .
Where I anchor ( See pic ) two anchors are needed.
If more than N 7 Bf is predicted I move to one of the bays north of the water tanker. Very safe but far from civilisation.
With Southerly´s I move to Galatas and in calm´s I anchor in the Poros channel. To me that feels like living in the big city.
Good wintering spot.
