Fischer panda 4500 information

How old is it ? Older one ( I had one once ) are direct seawater cooled .Dissimilar metals mostly AL alloys fizz up and leak .
Have you checked all the connections , be careful around the capacitors , from memory manual mentions shock hazard with theses .Rest should be ok .But it’s the low voltage side i would check out first .
When was it last fired up ?

Newer ones I believe are indirect cooled with a HE , and the “ coolant block “ corrosion issue gotten around .

On mine there is a small 500 milliAmp (or something like that) on the back of the control panel, I had to replace once. Might be the issue.

It ran all day yersterday with no issues once we wanted to switch off it ignored us so we switched 12 volts off

Now refusing to start

I think it's less than ten years old

How good is its starter bat ?
From memory it’s got a “low bat “display , but the fuel solinoid might be V sensitive and not working first if the V drops .
Can you charge it up or stick a volt meter over it ?

update:

spoke Chris Baker technical director from Fischer Panda which confirmed that my control panel was faulty, I got one the next day and plenty of technical support.

big thanks to Fischer Panda for first class customer service.
