Also 9/10 times they dony know how to us the pump properly, leaving me to pump it.
My gripe for the day over.

How/why would they know how to use it ? Unless of course you actually told them. When we have guests onboard, we give them a quick tour of a few key areas, including the toilet and how it works.

Unless we are at sea, all the guests we've had on so far have opted to use the marina toilets (SWMBO does too), although i wouldn't be bothered if they didn't.
