We have a fully equipped Bayliner 245 on the Trent. This summer we are planning a trip to Boston and are toying with the idea of a short trip out of the tide lock, out to Black Buoy and back (depending on tides and weather). I am used to the tidal Trent and have my Day Skipper cert but havent ventured out of what I would consider Inland Waterways yet. I am thinking this may be useful to get a short taste of something coastal. I'd be grateful for any advice / tiups / warnings on just how feasible this idea might be. Ta
