We will never know other than information which may be published re specific cases if they go to court. the Agency will not comment on pending cases. All we know is that any unlicensed craft found on the waterway will be pursued.What has happened about all those people hiding up in various cuts and backwaters,have they finally conceded that we are all in this together and coughed up for a Thames river licence with smile ?
