Finding crew

Hello

Can anyone recommend or comment on good ways to find crew for a 7-10 day aprox 650Nm trip potentially from WC Scotland to SE England. Essentially its a boat delivery for myself probably end of march / beginning April 26' , but also ideally need someone more experienced than me!

I've seen the below but looking for info if any work well and other ways I should explore (excluding the crew tab here

Crewbay + spam the various Facebook groups. Don\t be too spammy - start with the most likely looking group and then post in the next one a couple of days later.

Isn't this where it gets a bit more awkward as you effectively want someone to be responsible which gets in to the realms of you needing to pay someone?

What's the boat? I'm just being nosey, I'd be up for it but can't spare 7days+. Also I may well be less experienced than you!
