finding a boat on the net

Could anyone help with suggestions of sites on the net for a novice friend to find a boat. He wants a 24/27' 10/15 knot motor boat for around 12K or so. Not really up for Bayliner type sports boat but will consider. Possibly like a Colvic Northener or similar. We live in London but have moorings near Burnham on Crouch, Essex. Any idea's will be gratefully received.
