Obviously the much needed new "Teabags at sea 2004 directive "will cost millions in administration.

What I recommend is a" marine kettle levy"All money raised will be used to ensure only fully certified teabags are used at sea.

Neil Kinnock has offered to Head the new department with 14 of his nephews and nieces as interpreters consultants etc.

A merry christrmas and good sailing in the new year to anyone who actually reads this......

Should only apply this tax selectively to the colonies though!

Re: Solent Tea party

How about a Solent Tea Party to protest?

However further investigation of the tea leaves indicates that if this was successful we would end up up with our lying goody goody twoshoes PM even further up the yanks arse than he is at the moment.

I would fully expect that a license will also be required for the Tea Maker to ensure that Tea making ettiquette is followed rigidly..

There should also be some way to control Teapot testing to ensure that useless teamaking doesn't clog up the plumbing/teapot.

A storeage directive should also be implemented to ensure that Teabags are stored safely.. this would also require a license

The above licenses should generate enough revenue to cover the TBAS 2004 directive.
