Filtering the dirt

Does anybody know the details of a replacement oil filter for a Bukh DV10ME?

The swindlery at gillingham marina stock some Bukh spares.

Pretty sure they had oil filters last time i went down there.

DV20 oil filter is the same as a Ford Escort, and I'd be fairly sure that the DV10 uses the same oil filter as the DV20.

Eg Halfords HOF200

Do you also happen to know of a cheaper [than the BUKH price] replacement for the fuel filter element?

No, I'm afraid I don't know of a substitute (engine) fuel filter, although I'm sure that one does exist ... but up till now I've always used the Bukh engine fuel filter.

Take a sample to your local motor factor and they can match it up to a standard in one of the filter manufactures catalogue
