Filling various holes in vertical bulkhead?

Whats your procedure to fill these holes of varying sizes, and any tips on it being vertical? I'm moving my fusebox and maybe instruments too, just wondering if its a relatively simple job, or if best to reuse as much as possible?

Depending on size i use vent covers to hide holes

Sorry, completely forgot to show the pic of what I was on about!

I would get a piece of veneered ply to cover the whole area as it looks like some veneering patching has already been done before.
