Filling in rails on the hull - wave slap

I find just turning boat around and putting stern to waves solve problem. Worth a try.

I succeeded in getting rid of the wave slap with two hollow swim noddles and some rope. Shown here on our previous boat, the device worked really well.

Have just jung a bit of carpet over the corner that dips into the water using three bits of string, one under the hull, killed the slap stone dead
Perfect )))), so now just need to figure out if it's worth keeping a bit of carpet on strings or modify the rail.

So its def from the slap on the outer rail, 'easy' to fix.
