With all of the talk about the uncertainty about mooring charges & court cases would it be worth trying to set up a "fighting fund"? Sir Patrick Sinclair seems to be the only one
who has the knowledge & is brave enough to challenge
the CEC over mooring charges & we all stand to benefit so
I really think he deserves all of our support!

Any supporters out there?

I'm in....already had a row with Salcombe HM who charged me for anchoring in the bay

Re: Fighting Fund - MM

Thanks for your comments, I really thought there would have been a few more! Perhaps most would rather continue paying thru the nose & avoid the hassle. So much for rights, liberty & freeedom. Seriously tho I think I'll contact "Sailing Today" to see if they're interested in running the fund & publicising it.
Many thanks

It may be that people haven't answered because they think it's self evidently right. Count on me for £5

Seahorse,

No need to get on your high, er, horse.

More details i.e practicalities, where to send the wonga, dates additional info etc might invite more positive response.
