I have found that running the hoover over my arms helps remove some of the fibres. Cylinder BTW not upright!

blimey, did you do GRP works on these boats then T?
I'm afraid I usually work wearing a pair of shorts and shoes, cannot even stand a t-shirt on these temps although I was born and brought up down here (my best was the 12yrs I lived in Avon with nice cool temps throughout the year...).
I know it's not v. professional but it's different getting down an awfully hot engine room for a particular task to living and trying to work at these temps.
