Fibre glass repair.. best approach

Does anyone know the best approach to fixing this GRP crazing on my 21.5ft boat top sides? (1989 Sunseeker Mustang)

Maybe Dremel out the cracks in the gel coat then fill with colour matched top coat or epoxy filler and then paint? (Eg AwlGrip or AlexSeal paint etc) or??

Can anyone recommend anyone in Dorset (Poole area)?

Take this with a pinch of salt I'm not a boat repairer, but I can't see anyone dealing with those cracks individually. Just flat it back as far as needed in the affected areas and replace with new gelcoat topped with Flowcoat. Temperature's dropped too far and humidity is too high for an outdoor repair at this time of year. I'd be seeking Hayling Yacht Co to do the repair but there must be plenty of others between them and you who would also do a good job.
