I agree the comments that the loft ladder access to the fly is stupid. The staircase has to work so you can walk up and down carrying trays of food/drink in both hands, not holding on with one had (in calm water) else it's rubblish. You wont even be able to keep crew on a boat like that - once they realise they have to serve and clear lunch by reversing down a ladder they'll just move on to another job where there is a proper staircase
All that said, it wouldn't stop me buying a ferretti. I'd just install a FL squadron style open staircase, which is easy to custome-make
