Yes they do .I think you're right to keep it original, you've got everything you might need already. Anything else would just be spending for the sake of gadgets rather than a noticeable improvement.
One question though, do they ever put radars on itamas, and if so where do they mount the scanner?
I know for your usage you'd never need one, it's the same for me,so it's pointless, just wondering.
They call them “ roll bars “ .Fabricate a SS arch .
Tend to be the 18 M versions of the original Amarti ones .

With ^^

With out .^^ .

Even a HT or sorts a 46 .

Sat dome built into the transom on a Bulgari circa 2005 55 which morphed into the 62 under Ferretti .
In the previous Med boat I used radar once in anger .Been Med boating 17 yrs now .1 Day .
Theres no need to travel at night either with my kinda usage. Aside will it see a log or flat ( the poles lying on the water ) pot marker at 30 knots ?
My first mobo had a Furuno system .Back ground reading it’s Japanese developed for there fishing fleet because of the fog .
For those nit seasonal Med boating you just don’t get that kinda northern lat fog in the summer in the Med .Warm afternoon breezes etc .
How ever when I uk boated sure was in fog x channel and N sea in June , July daytime .
