fender baskets

hi ,anyone know of some reasonable priced fender baskets/holders ? fenders are 150mm dia and so far all i have found is £19 per basket plus connectors ! bit steep for a bit of wire !!!!!!!!!! typical boat tuck up ! cheers guys

Yep, I thought anything labelled 'marine' meant we were being tucked up like kippers... until the interior mirror on my 3 series fell off last week, left dangling on a surprising number of wires (3 separate looms).

Off to BMW dealer to get it fixed - ".. that will be £700 please mate, plus VAT".

Halfords provided the glue to re-attach it for less than a fiver. It took 5 minutes.

I've learnt a thing or two from SWMBO over the years, so I put £695 of diesel in the boat being the amount I saved by doing it myself.

just a quick note to kcrane.if your mirror falls off again(probley the mirror boss)call in at autog**ss the stuff they use is better than the manufactures, believe me it wont ever falloff again.!!
 
fair point , but , i have a small 21ft sports boat so am stood up most of the time , so have clear vision but all the same am starting to think that they may a pain there anyway .
