Finally took the boat off the mooring yesterday for a great afternoons diving. Scrubbed what looked like the hanging gardens of Babylon off the hull and caught tonights supper.

For starters we will be having scallops wrapped in bacon and then flambed in cointreau with a creamy sauce served on a bed of home grown spinach.

The main course will be half a lobster each with fresh salad from the garden.

Life's tough! And tomorrow we go on holiday. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
 
Yummy, have you got a spare place at the table. I could be there in 3hours
 
We picked up a few scallops diving by Durlston Head a couple of years back, and were just deciding how to cook them when we noticed the sewage outfall 100 yards from where we were diving, so Frey Bentos steak pies it was.
 
For blueies, crabs and scallops.............learn to dive. If you cant catch makerel, then I'm afraid you'll have to try fishing at tesco's!
 
Whoops, just finished, sorry Mike. It was all delicious. But there are a few dozen scallops left.......................................
