Hello, I'am from Holland and have an question about the lifting keel of my Feeling 36 di from 2001. That keel is floating and it costs a lot of energy to pull it down. I think that its not normal, and I heard other Feeling sailers that the keel of their boat is sinking. last week I met the dealer in Holland and he thougt they forgot to fill the keel with leadgrains by the construction of the keel or its an kindillnes that they changed by following boats.
My questions are:
1. Are there more people with this experience
2. Does somebody knows weather
the keel is not filled with foam ore something like that,
3. What should be the weight of lead grains that should be put in the keel.
My dealer could not gove answers on these questions and several efforts in the past to get contact with Kirie/Feeling in France didn't have any result.

Feelings centreboard

Thanks for your reaction. I think you should speek of an centreboard instead of an lifting keel in my case. I should like to speek an other Feeling 36 owner, but unfortunatly there is not an ownersclub as far as I know. Best regards, jacobus2
