Feb MBM - what a cracking edition!

Yeah yeah yeah.

I always wondered what it must be like to be famous
/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Great Article!

I'd don't know about you, But I got a hell of a shock seeing a full page pic of some old man looking back at me when i flicked through!!!!
Very unlike MBM to use full page pics, this person must really be someone special!!

"Hmmm, what prop can we get him to hold that will reinforce the glamourous image of motorboating? Oh, here we go: an empty teacup".

I always thought you were called "WIGGO" cos you had a Wig?

Seriously though, thought the article on France was good... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Glad you liked the feature Wiggo! If anyone else has owned four boats or more and would like to share their story then drop me a line (you will need photos of each of your previous craft) at sally_coffey@ipcmedia.com

Please! It was G&T, and was still half full.

Actually, he took a bunch of really 'intelligent looking' shots of me with a big map thing and a big pair of brass tweezers, but we felt you lot wouldn't have understood the significance... /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Hactually chaps and chapesses,
I was going to post a thread congratulating IPC on Feb's mag.
I thought it a good issue despite some large pictures

Then I turn to page 22 to see another Forumite!
I,ll leave you lot to guess who.

At least a more proportioned snap.

Good story Wiggo , nice article well written. however 'head and shoulders' would have sufficed.
Don't tell Me ---- you ran out of Words. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Be glad I managed to persuade them to use the one of me fully clothed! You wouldn't believe the poses that Sally had me in! I told her that PVC chafes me something rotten and the baby oil would do the leather no good at all, but she just kept on...

Re: the poses that Sally had me in!

Oh yes that reminds me, did you want us to destroy those additional shots or can I dish them out to the ladies in the building?

I thought you'd told her not to wear that kit as it wasn't good for your heart.

Re: the poses that Sally had me in!

I showed the picture to Kirsty the other night, I said to her, do you regonise that person??

She didn't!
I said its Wiggo! You were on his boat a few years ago!! She immediately replied,,,,,'Blimey he's aged a lot!!!' /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Don't worry Graham, I think its cause you were wearing a baseball cap the day we met you and your family. Must have taken 20yrs off you!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

That has got to be the laziest post ever /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

great report /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The full page photo on Page 92 does not immediately present its full value to a magazine aimed at people with an interest in boating.

Perhaps we need a captions competition /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
