Favourite on-board meal

One tin chicken in white wine sauce, small tin sweetcorn, one bag boil in the bag rice. Officially serves two but does for me! Minimal cooking time (10 min) saves gas and minimal washing up saves water. Easily cooked under way and eaten from bowl with a spoon. Hot and filling but not in edible if it gets cold.
 
A fine wine and a good cheese board.

In winter:
Tinned Chicken and pasta soup from Lidl. Cheap and easy to prepare after a freezing days sailing.

In summer:
Tinned curry beef and tinned potatoes from Lidl + selection of veg + favourite tipple.
