Just listening to"Any Questions" on Radio 4.

Was it teribly wrong of me to laugh out loud when I heard that somebody had covered the smug git in farmyard slurry./forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Of course it was - it was absolutely evil.

I missed the prog, but laughed like a drain when I read your post, though I must confess I can think of a number of politicians who deserve it more....

I suppose Teflon Tony'd still come up smelling of roses

The interesting thing is that the guy who lent Killjoy-Stink the clothes that allowed him to appear on the show then tore into him on the show.

Re: No guilt necessary

We are to respectful to politicians

They're a despicable lot and we ought to throw more eggs and things attem

After all they work for us, not vice versa show 'em whos boss.

If they talk bullsh** then let em have a load over the head show we know it when we see it.

Can we have a Forum competition for most humiliating attack - give a decent prize case of champers or something -I'll throw in a few quid for starters.

Re: No guilt necessary

I agree !

All politicians are like Bananas -
When they are immature, they're green
As they mature, they turn yellow

AND THERE'S NOT A STRAIGHT ONE IN THE WHOLE BUNCH !!!

Of course, the derivation of the word "Politician" is -
Poly = many
ticks = blood sucking creatures.

Sod it, I'm going for a beer ! !

How could they be sure it was slurry, whenever I have seen this guy he has always been the "perma tanned" colour that costs such a bomb in hols, tanning studios, and body paint.

I reckon he spilt a can of his old perma tan by mistake.

Re: No guilt necessary

Why don`t you stand for election ? Keep democracy alive - see how easy it is and report back

Re: No guilt necessary

No don't think so

I'm with Billy Connolly - no-one who wants to be a politician should be allowed to stand.

Just pick 600 people at random put 'em Parliament and leave 'em to it.

Couldn't be any worse

Now I have an inkling of doubt about this one - reportedly Mr Silk claimed that after the assailant had thrown 'farmyard slurry' over him, they ran away shouting something about doing it for Islam. It doesn't ring true for me. Somehow I don't think there are that many Islamic farmers in the UK (although I would be pleased to be corrected on this), or even Muslims with access to cow poo - and I've also a feeling that flinging dung is less the preserve of the religiously-minded, and more of a pastime for farmers...and er.... politicians.
