Fantastic weather...

Spent yesterday afternoon anchored in Alum Bay. No-one else about until a raggie came and anchored by us, just before we went back to Lymington.

I had to keep my sunnies on when it was dark owing to a strange light reflecting from the water. Couldn't quite work it out until just now when I read that Jimmy was in town with his lumishores.

The seastart guys seemed to e having a busy day yesterday; saw two boats being helped.

think I've just spied Lisa motoring past Calshot... Sterndrive service finished, thanks for the help Dave. Antifoul to do and then ok to get her bum wet.. Guess what'll happen to the weather in the meantime

What a great shame that you didn't completely see the light, and come and claim your free drink! Ah well, next time, I hope. We had a very pleasant evening with nick_h and his swmbo in Egans, and continued the after-party in the Kings Head, great fun.

No Jimmy it wasn't us in Newtown. We left Lymington late morning to take the tide back to Chichester. A fabulous and unexpected weekend, was lifted back in Friday pm after extensive amount of work and Ocean Tigress ran brilliantly straight 'out of the box' . Just had to go out and enjoy.

Very possibly, but you'll understand my hesitation in making any firm plans until I've actually got the boat there, intact and on berth. Give me a couple of weeks!

Quite right too, it was lovely. We pootled (©Hurricane) along the IOW coast past Newtown and Gurnard, across Cowes and then along to Wootton Creek, had a bit of a nose up to the ferry terminal but then bottled it after that on the grounds that there's no water there...

Best of luck with SOF, very envious.

Tvm! Hope to see you for a beer at some point this summer.
