Fantastic Service from Ledco in replacing my Lenser P7 torch

I had a Lenser P7 torch which is several years old. It suddenly would not work properly and in fact would not turn off. I contacted the UK agents, Ledco. They were unbelievably helpful. I posted the torch to them on Monday and received a replacement torch 3 days later.

I am now happy to have my super torch back working in full working order

So one happy customer with no connections to Lenser or Ledco

Ditto! I bought mine via Amazon but as far as Ledco were concerned Amazon was a proper dealer/shop and I got mine all sorted for free despite being just outside warranty. I was well chuffed. (It was a sick feeling when a posh torch failed). Just approach any normal shop that sells them and get the UK agent details. So worth doing.
