I think you may misunderstand the deal and have obviously spent waaay too little time lounging around with bier et frites outside cafe rouge and thinking "actually I fact a go at that....". The "miniports" it talks about are two separate little ponds: One at gun wharf and one (though I haven't been to it) in the dockyard. No connectivity between them

Indeed, I vaguely remember seeing the Gunwharf one when I joined Stavros there a couple of years ago.

Nope, that was some sort of special event with the staff taking them over to the Isle of Wight as a challenge. The general punters are still limited to a pond in the middle of a shopping centre
