Fancy Dress company on Mersea?

Years ago, I used to visit a vast fancy dress shop on West mersea, as they specialised in Theatrical Costume, and not the flimsy knock offs that are common today.
I cant seem to find them in the book or a website.
Anyone know what happened to them?

Not aware of the one on Mersea but there is one in Colchester.

There is one in Colchester in Magdalen Street (although I think it's called Brightlingsea Fancy Dress) but I've never been in there. From the window display it looks like a fairly typical fancy dress shop. Jim, if you want me to go and check it out, let me know what you're looking for.

Don't know many comapnies that do much more than the usual party tat, but I think there's one in the Peterborough area if that strikes a chord with anyone ?
