What a place when the Weather is right.
Fond memories when the children were 4/6/8 ish.
Big trip from Menai in a 16ft Dory!
Sandwiches Flasks "Don't forget the lifejackets"
Forgot to bung the bung in on more than one occasion!
Kids loved it. Diving off the boat ,messing about on the Beach.
Used to be some "Naturists" there but I never looked!

Thank you for that - nostalgic look at our old house on the seafront at Beaumaris.

Would't go back to that lifestyle though - couldn't afford it anyway. House sold last year for double what we sold it for 5 years ago!!

Thanks - used to sail a lot round there 20 years ago. Why on earth did we move to the Solent and give it all up?

Favourite LLandwyn Cove: still remember leaving Caernarfon around midnight on a beautiful, frosty moonlit November night, and out to Llandwyn, to be ready to catch the tide round Bardsey next day: Snowdon and the Rivals with snow on in bright full moonlight just magic!

Never see anything like that round the Solent /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
