She's already swum around Portsea/Portsmouth and Dragonera (off Mallorca), today she's swimming around Jersey. If she makes it she'll "just" have to swim around Tiree and the Isle of Wight to complete here 5 island challenge http://www.annawardley.com for more info

Yup she managed to swim all the way around in under 12 hours!

I think for the IOW she was allowing something like 28 hours, of swimming, in the Solent ewwww

I have no idea how she managed that without being swept away, I thought the tide would be too strong to do it. We were returning from St Helier when a 14 year old boy was swept off rocks fishing and was never seen again.

I think she timed it so the tide would sweep her away, then back again, and she's also been training daily for swimming in the tropical waters found around Tiree
