Noticed recently a sign on Horse Sands Fort advertising flats being developed there. All the windows have been removed and work has started.

Its supposed to look like this-

I wonder who would want to live out there?

This is giving me a bit of the old de ja vu, my friends dad did up the other fort which he lost a lot of money on, I wonder whether this will end up being the same? Would be quite an interesting site for the Solent.

IT WORKS!! No its my friends boat and I sponsored them in Cowes Week and we won our class for the week. Its nice that people are seeing it out there on the water though.
