Lots going on and there'll be some bearded old geezer bashing the guitar and knocking out some songs (there's a 60s band on too)

It's upsetting me enough as it is. I've got work to do which isn't a realistic proposition when it's hissing it down and blowing a hoolie

But yes, it does look like the weather improves to a reasonable extent ahead of Sunday so fingers crossed

The lads have been beavering away smartening the place up. If it don't move it's been painted and if it does move it's been moved! Never seen so much activity at the Yacht Station

We went to this with the kids, by car as no time to sail there, it was great fun and a lovely day, very relaxed and being able to look around classic boats was brilliant, CK 18 and ironsides were a sight to behold. lovely little sailing club too. well done for organising and thanks again. adam

We went to this by car as well. Very nice couple of hours pootling round the big old boats, watching the life raft inflation demo and having burgers at the barbecue then tea and cake at the sailing club. It also introduced us to a couple of local boaty businesses who might get some money from us in the future so good all round really.
