Fairline phantom 48 help please

Hello new owner here. Have just brought a 2010 fairline phantom 48 located in Italy

Having read the user guide I’m at a loss as to how to get rid of grey/black water
I have read the manual the gauges are confusing and I believe the tanks are full

If anyone could give me advice over the phone it would be massively appreciated

A very warm welcome to the forum.
Sorry, I dont have a Fairline, but there will be pumps to discharge both tanks. There will also be seacocks that will need to be open before you can discharge. My pump switches are on my main control board by the downstairs helm. Your manual should have a pictorial of the water system, showing where the seacocks are. Good luck.
