As per their usual indepth reporting, here is a very detailed report on the new 33' 'day boat' from Fairline - it was in today's newsletter from www.boattest.com

F//LINE 33 (2020-) | BoatTEST

They mention that the cost (I presume this would be landed in the USA?) will be in the region of US$ 600 - 700,000.

They also have a review in today's newsletter of the Boston Whaler 380 Realm (with 4 x 350 hp O/B motors) - they mention that her base price is approx US$ 708,000, but this is with 4 x 300 hp motors; I am sure that this cost could easily reach $750,000 with the addition of some extras.

Saw the F33 at the Dusseldorf show yesterday. It has some nice features including the side doors and fold up/down bathing platform which can act both as steps into the sea and a sort of pasarelle when berthed stern to although I have my doubts about the latter given the fact that there doesnt seem to be any provision for handrails

Otherwise it looks sleek and seems to be built and finished to a decent standard. Whether its worth the asking price of £400k+ is another matter. There's an awful lot of competition out there at this size

Very nice cockpit layout and no doubt quality finish as it's a Fairline
Nice idea for the drop down bathing platform but it appears to be such a long way above the water don't see how that will work or be C.E. compliant
Why no larger diesel options surely Volvo D4's would fit.
Good looking boat and news of a larger variant and a hardtop.
