Can you remember the names of the boats you viewed Greg? Although they could have been changed.
Can’t remember names Russ, but one was a Sealine 365 and the other a Fairline Targa 37. The Sealine had been on the lake for a long time, if not all it’s life, and had a fuel tank missing (couldn’t work out if it had never been fitted or had been removed) and oil leaking from a trim ram. The Targa sounded like a bag of spanners when we started it up - might have been that the tappets needed doing but given that it was reported to have just been serviced it didn’t fill us with confidence. Both a lot of years ago.
As Pete says a Targa 34 is a good boat - similar to the S34 but with some differences. MBM did a comparison way back when ( https://www.mby.com/motor-boat-news...eo-sealine-s34-versus-fairline-targa-34-22339 ) we have looked at both as potential purchasers. The little bit more room and storage space on the S34 combined with a lower price tag swung us to the Sealine but ultimately it is a matter of personal choice and you can’t go wrong with either IMHO.
Never been a fan of the Cranchi but again it is all down to personal taste.
