I bought a pair of Dubarry Ultimo boots in July 2010 from Kip Marina chandlery. At the end of last season there was a damp feeling in my sock - not wet, just damp. Three weeks ago I took the boots (without receipt) to Chris at Kip Marina and he forwarded them to Dubarry. I got a call from Kip during the week to come in and select a new pair from stock, which I did today. Free of charge.

Service just doesn't come much better from either Kip or Dubarry. High standards. I'll be back.

Good service from Dubarry

A similar thing happened to me a few years ago. I rang Dubarry and told them that my 2 year old Ultimas had a slight leak. I was a commercial skipper at the time so they had been used a lot. They said that that type of soul couldn't be mended but asked me to send them to them anyway. A new pair arrived a week later. I've still got them. A splendid company I think!!!
